5 Things we were impressed by at the London Bridge Christmas Market

[gallery ids="1341,1338,1285" type="rectangular"] The London Bridge Christmas Market is on so we decided to check it out because 'tis the season'. We also wanted to try out the Mulled Wine! The open market has over 100 traders.  It really is a thing of beauty at this time of the year. You can expect to see unique independent traders, artisan producers, pop-up bars and food vendors in the traditional wooden chalets. The market will be open until January 3rd, 2016. We were very impressed at the quality of displays on offer and the general Christmas feel in the area. The crisp air and the lighting added to the mood setting as well.  It is also a great location to visit after a Jingle Bell Blast.

The Artwork

Accessories and Jewellery

[gallery ids="1333,1312,1316" type="rectangular"] There is a wide range of Accessories and Jewellery on offer. I think this is a useful quote to bear in mind: 'I don't want to spend money, but I want stuff.' :)

Culinary Delights

[gallery ids="1327,1326,1357" type="rectangular"] If you thought Street Feast had a lot of diverse food offerings, think again. Our taste buds got seduced by the culinary offering at the market. The roast nuts are a must at this time of the year!

Mulled Wine

Screen Shot 2015-12-08 at 13.40.42 It wouldn't be Christmas without Mulled Wine. Sweet, warm red wine steaming with seduction. Ok, I'm taking it a bit far but it is a nice treat at this time of the year.
